hours = (county page views × 20 min + PDF downloads × 60 min) ÷ 60

• 20 minutes per guide view and 60 minutes per downloaded or printed guide are conservative assumptions about the research a voter would otherwise do.
• Shared or photocopied guides are not counted, so the real total is likely higher.
• All figures are estimates.
• No personal data is collected: no names, emails, IP addresses, cookies or device details. Only daily totals per county are stored.
